"Most horrendous experience with this office. Extremely slimy and rotten to the core, everyone from the people picking up our calls (sometimes) to the management. They would constantly ignore our calls even though we expressed we were on a strict timeline and THEIR client hit us. We're literally leaving our own state farm agent because of this, we cannot believe that state farm would allow any agent to operate as Jacqui's office has. Straight up rude on the phone as well. Take your business far away elsewhere, absolutely vile office."
